Before Bed Yin Yoga (option 1)
Your before bed yoga is to be done JUST before getting into bed…
Ensure you’ve had your shower, brushed your teeth etc.
Get into your pyjamas.
Do your Yoga on top of your mattress or on a yoga mat.
You can have bolsters or use pillows or blankets.
Set your device to RED/NIGHT mode when playing the video.
