Hi, I'm Natalie – Gut Health Nutritionist

I’m not sharing my story to impress you, but to impress upon you that you can turn your health around — no matter where you're starting from — no matter what age.

That’s me on the left [in the photo] in my mid-40s, when my health hit rock bottom. I was bedridden for weeks at a time with chronic back pain, carrying 15 extra kilos, battling constant fatigue, itchy skin, digestive issues, food intolerances, wild peri-menopausal symptoms, and emotional ups and downs that left me feeling like a shadow of myself.

That became the catalyst for a deep dive into Nutritional Medicine and the science of the gut microbiome — and ultimately, a complete life pivot. I returned to study, immersed myself in over 2,500 research papers, and began building a program and support group that has now helped over 1,000 women around the world regain their health.

Now [on the right] at 62, I am stronger, healthier, and more vibrant than when in my 30s. So if someone has told you that your symptoms are “just part of getting older” or that it's something you simply have to accept — let my story, and the thousands of women I've supported, be your proof that this is not your destiny. Aging does not have to mean decline.
