Sunday Times – STM Magazine

Natalie’s story was captured by Western Australia’s largest Sunday newspaper. Here she shared her personal story about how she came to be a Holistic Nutritionist and Naturopath.

Like many women heading into their 50’s , she was consumed with kids, work etc and put herself on the back burner, taking short-cuts with her eating which slowly eroded her health. This story is to inspire you into action, to show you that you CAN make a change, no matter what state you are in.

The message here is to…. PAY ATTENTION… and don’t let poor health become part of your life – It’s NOT normal.
